Raspberry Lemonade
Origin

Turkey, Egypt & Chile

Tart and bright, a herbal blend with roots in three countries.

Origins
Three countries
Ingredients

Three countries are each known for a plant in this cup. Chile is among the world’s main sources of rosehip, much of it gathered from wild bushes in the south. Egypt is the home of karkadé, the tart hibiscus drink. Turkey is one of the world’s largest apple growers. Together they give the blend its sweet-tart balance.

Karkadé, hibiscus steeped hot or served cold, is a familiar drink across Egypt and Sudan, valued for its deep red colour and tart edge. Here that tradition meets raspberry and lemon peel, so the cup tastes closer to a lemonade, sweet and tart, and is as good over ice as it is hot.
